Members of the Ayrshire Astronomical Society meet every fourth Monday of each month (except for December) at the Kyle Academy in Ayr. Meetings are mainly talk-based, with presentations given by members and guest speakers.
These events are a great way to meet local astronomers and find out about their activities. In addition, the society has a particular aurora group which is administered via Facebook and alerts members when the aurora is visible.
