Beckington Astronomical Society meeting
Friday 20th January 2023 from 19:30pm to 21:00pm
Beckington Baptist Church Hall
Frome Road, Beckington, Somerset, BA11 6TD
Beckington Astronomical Society is a small and friendly group of astronomers that meet on the third Friday of each month from September to June at the local church hall (December meetings change the date to avoid Christmas).
These sessions are perfect for anyone interested in astronomy or space sciences. They include an introduction, a beginner’s talk, the main presentation, a summary of what is visible in the night sky and refreshments. Beginners and novices are welcome to attend.
Annual membership is inexpensive, and the Society has two telescopes it loans to members.
