Stargazing at Valley of Rocks
Wednesday 25th January 2023 from 18:30pm to 20:30pm
Valley of Rocks Car Park - Lynton
Lynton, Exmoor, Devon, EX35 6JL
Join Liz and Gary from Moor Wild Experiences to spot Jupiter, Mars, the Andromeda Galaxy and Orions Nebulae through professional telescopes and binoculars. We shall pass around the fascinating Stellarium app installed on our Tablet whilst you wait for your starry moment!
Meeting at the Upper car park at the Valley of Rocks (next to the toilets), using your guiding torchlight; you will find us beside the car park cattle grid.
Dress warmly, as spotting the planets can be a labour of love whilst we let everyone have a turn at looking through the telescopes. So bring a warm flask and someone to share the great joy with!
