Beat the January Blues Night 'Awe-Walk'

It’s easy to succumb to the settee as the nights draw in. But what would happen if you stepped outside and went on a dark skywalk instead? Believe it or not, walking at night is a fantastic mood boost and a brilliant way of beating those January blues.
Held at an iconic location steeped in history and myth, this night walk will be a real treat. And if you’ve been feeling pants recently, this will give you a natural lift.
We’ll be walking at the new moon, so the skies will be dark. If clear, you’ll see planets and stars light up the sky above you.
Fabian, our guide from AFS Mountaineering, will drop in some information about the night sky. At the same time, I’ll show you a few tricks that will enhance your experience and calm your mind.
