- With the Sun approaching solar maximum and peak activity, viewing the Northern Lights is statistically more likely and displays more intense. It’s the best time to see Aurora in years!
- The ringed planet Saturn will be visible for most of the night. We may glimpse the famous rings and some of its Moons through binoculars.
- On the 16th and 17th of September, the gibbous Moon will appear near Saturn, resulting in an excellent conjunction.
- Mars and Jupiter will shine bright and can be observed rising from the East in the early morning hours. See the Moons of Jupiter using binoculars and watch how they change position in relation to the giant planet during the cruise.
- Shooting stars or meteors are always a possibility if the sky is clear!
