The group offers access to astronomy equipment, including telescopes and binoculars (and, of course, books!), and there is often stargazing from the library garden if weather permits. This is a friendly club, and everyone is welcome, no matter their experience.

The Perton Library Astronomy Group is a small, friendly group that is open to anyone interested in astronomy to join them. The group meets on the third Thursday every month; events are completely free and involve stargazing and observing outside if the weather is clear. No booking is required; you are welcome to turn up!
