Stargazing festival by North Pennines National Landscape

The North Pennines Stargazing Festival runs from October 25th to November 3rd, 2024 and celebrates the fantastic starry skies in the region.

The festival has been running since 2017 to make it easy for people to celebrate the area’s dark skies and discover its nocturnal wildlife.

The family-friendly North Pennines Stargazing Festival Star Camp returns to Doe Park with astronomers from Go Stargazing offering guided tours of the night skies, viewing using large aperture telescopes and rocket competition!
