Join Simon from Bath Astronomers and the Torre Cider Farm team for a moon themed family fun day. An introduction to meteorites, paper rocket launching, making craters, dressing up as astronauts, build your own rover, exploring the Moon with rovers, and mobile planetarium show of the Moon. Potential for solar observing if the Sun is out. Refreshments available throughout the day.
This event takes place as part of the Exmoor Dark Skies Festival 2024, running from the 18th of October to the 3rd November.
