 ead Astronomical Society for this one of their regular monthly meetings on
  the first Friday of each month (except July and August). Enjoy a presenta
 tion on astronomical topics\, then observe through telescopes outside if t
 he weather permits. These sessions are ideal for beginners and all those i
 nterested in astronomy. A small\, on-the-door fee applies to non-members t
 o help cover costs.
