DESCRIPTION:A public stargazing evening run by Bath Astronomers offering gu
 idance on what is visible currently in the night sky and anything specific
  on that evening.\n\nThe event is part of the 100 Hours of Astronomy initi
 ative run from 2nd to 5th October and is supported by the International As
 tronomical Union and the Royal Astronomical Society. \n\nThe hope is to in
 troduce more people to the wonders of the night sky by accomplishing chall
 enges to be outlined in https://100hours.online/. The project is funded by
  the Federation of Astronomical Societies and the British Astronomical Ass
 ociation. Everyone is welcome.\n\nThis event is being held at the Lansdown
  Playing Fields South\, behind the Lansdown Park & Ride.\n\nAs the event i
 s weather dependent\, registration via the Bath Astronomers website is req
 uired so we can tell you if it needs to be cancelled due to cloud\, rain o
 r unforeseen circumstances.
