DESCRIPTION:Enjoy an evening of stargazing with friendly astronomers from t
 he West Yorkshire Astronomical Society at this one of their regular open e
 venings at their fantastic Rosse Observatory.\n\nEnjoy amazing views throu
 gh their large 14" aperture Schmidt-Cassegrain reflecting telescope. These
  events go ahead no matter the weather\, with a presentation or an informa
 l\, friendly chat in the observatory warm-room if cloudy.\n\nThese session
 s occur on the first Tuesday and second Friday of each month\, with no pri
 or booking required. However\, if you would like to visit the observatory 
 more frequently\, please consider becoming a Member of the Society.
