 r Park for an evening of stargazing with Preston and District Astronomical
  Society astronomers. \n\nThe observatory is open for public visits most t
 hird Thursday evenings of each month (except for December). \n\nThese sess
 ions are suitable for everyone\, including children and novices. Telescope
 s are provided\, and you can take yours if you have one. \n\nNo prior book
 ing is required\, however we recommend contacting the Society prior to you
 r visit to confirm the event is taking place.
