The beginner’s section of the Newbury Astronomical Society meets every third Wednesday of each month between September to June.
These meetings include an entry-level introduction to astronomy and consist of practical astronomy sessions, observing if clear. There will also be a talk about what’s happening in the night sky in the coming months
Sessions are suitable for all ages (an adult must accompany children under 16). Everyone is welcome to join in and use the society’s telescopes.
