DESCRIPTION:You are invited to join the members of the Manchester Astronomi
 cal Society for their regular weekly meetings at the University of Manches
 ter.\n\nIn normal circumstances\, the group meet at their Godlee Observato
 ry. However\, due to ongoing renovations\, the group has relocated to The 
 Blackett Theatre in the Shuster building for their lecture meetings.\n\nTh
 e group aims to encourage interest in astronomy for newcomers and seasoned
  observers\, and many of their lectures are geared towards beginners. You 
 are welcome to attend a few meetings as their guest before being asked to 
 join the Society.\n\nVisitors without the University of Manchester swipe c
 ards will need to contact the Society on arrival to arrange for someone to
