Geminid Meteor Spotting in Bagworth
Thursday 14th December 2023 from 20:00pm to 23:00pm
Bagworth Working Men's Club
9 Station Road, Bagworth, Leicestershire, LE67 1BJ
Weather permitting, the Leicester Astronomical Society, in collaboration with the Bagworth Stargazers, is holding a Geminid meteor watch in the extension car park of the Bagworth Working Men’s Club. Wrap up warm and join them to see how many shooting stars (meteors) you can spot. If you’ve got a camera capable of long exposures and a tripod, bring that along, too, and you might be able to catch a shooting star.
Please note that this has already taken place on 14/12/2023
