See the Perseids at Wynyard Observatory

Join the friendly astronomers from the Teesside Astronomical Science Centre at their Wynyard Observatory who will be holding the annual Perseids Meteor Watch.
You are invited to join them from 7:30pm till late to join our volunteer team and other members of the public to see some “shooting stars” whizz across the night sky, and will also have their all sky cam fixed outside our Planetarium and beaming live images to the TV screens inside the Planetarium for those who are a bit cold.
No booking is required, just turn up on the night! Clear skies!
